The TikTok viral sensation Dubai Chocolate Bar...now available in Idaho!
This bar (originated by Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai) went viral on TikTok in December 2023. But with availability being near zero, several versions have sprung up around the world.
After we were asked to produce this bar locally due to the "unobtainable" status of the UAE original, we tested as many as we could get our hands on. These ranged from bitter to bland to WAY too sweet. But after sampling several from the Middle East, we found a strong commonality among the harmonious flavor profiles that hit just right, and that was our road map to produce our own.
Our re-creation of the viral global sensation boasts the perfect blend of Pistachio paste, Tahini (sesame), and butter-toasted Kaitifi (shredded phyllo dough) encased in the very top couverture-grade milk chocolate available in Belgium. An absolutely delightful flavor journey from start to finish with lovely complexity and remarkable textures, from the the crunch of the toasted Kataifi to the striking melding of nutty flavors of Pistachio paste with Tahini, joined by the silky-smooth flavor of the milk chocolate.
