The Bacon Peanut Soft Brittle starts with a base of soft peanut butter brittle, which is a regional delicacy in the Inland Northwest and pockets of the deep South. It’s everything you love about peanut brittle without the hard crunch. It’s crumbly and crushable, and melts in your mouth.
We then add a cured hickory-smoked maple bacon, which starts very subtle as the cured bacon is rehydrated when chewing, and finishes with a lovely smoky flavor leaving you wanting more. For the “bacon makes everything better” crowd, it’s one of our top sellers and along with our Tennessee Whiskey Toffee is one of the top sellers among men.
Like our soft peanut brittle this is cooked using a carefully-crafted hand-made process, pulled on a marble slab, and contains no wheat, dairy, egg, or soy protein.
