Lindemans Pêche (that's French for 'peach'!) lambic beer is a sweet, fruity indulgence. This sparkling peach concoction is crafted at our historic Belgian brewery from spontaneously or ‘wild’ fermented lambic beer that has first been aged in oak barrels for one year, then blended with ripe, juicy peaches. We use the oldest method of brewing in the world and are one of only a handful of breweries that remain dedicated to this exceptional style today!

Lindemans Pêche was born during the cocktail craze of the 1980s, when 5th generation brewer René Lindemans received a bottle of Peach Schnapps as a gift from American importer Merchant du Vin. Inspired by the juicy peach taste, he spent many hours crafting a new fruit lambic recipe with peaches and soon launched this new flavor worldwide!
