We’re not sure how mushroom salt can taste like butter, but somehow this does. Have it on eggs, in soups, on that strip steak, or in the recipe for Blistered Green Beans on our website. The umani flavor of shiitake combined with the easy-going cremini is mouth watering. Like bone broth (but vegan).
Keep It Savory is proud to have sourced this batch’s Wisconsin mushrooms from the Farm on Ogden, an organization dedicated to increasing fresh food access in Chicago’s grocery-scarce North Lawndale neighborhood.
