Our Small Farms Lot Guatemala is from the La Federacion Comercializadora de Café Especial de Guatemala (FECCEG), is a group of 12 small cooperatives in the Western Highlands of Guatemala. They focus on organic, value added agriculture and projects that promote gender quality and food security. In the cup, we get notes of orange and sweet caramel, with the soft spiciness of freshly ground cinnamon

How we enjoy this coffee: brewed up in your average 12 cup coffee maker. This coffee is great with a little more body, so targeting a ground pepper like texture with a 1:16oz ratio makes a beautiful coffee first thing in the morning.
