Meet our go-to espresso blend. Coffees from Guatemala coupled with a wet-hulled Sumatra imparts a nuanced yet sweet profile that pairs well with milk.
Over the past 10 years the popular trend of espresso has been to push the roast profile lighter and lighter. While we too really love unique and light roasted espressos, we wanted our Flagship espresso to steer a little portside. We wanted a coffee that bridges the gap between old and new; a coffee that is familiar enough to most but presses intentional boundaries.

This is the 2nd iteration of the blend, and it has been so popular we deemed it to be our flagship product. Over the past 6 years it has become a go-to espresso for cafes that want to reach out and connect with customers at various stages of their personal coffee journey, while being user friendly enough that even the most novice home barista can impress their family and friends with an excellent shot of espresso.
