The Liberica Combination Set is an exceptional opportunity to sample Liberica, a rare species of coffee. The set features two distinct processing methods allowing coffee enthusiasts a glimpse into the future of coffee:
- L1 Natural Process (50g): notes of sesame cookie, sweet red bean paste, fresh bread, melon candy.
- L2 Anaerobic Natural Process (200g) notes of passionfruit, pineapple, melon candy, Peking duck.
Both coffees feature a distinctive Stevia-like sweetness characteristic of Liberica, a species that grows at low-altitudes and in warmer clients than its finicky cousin Arabica.
