350 Years ago, the Bissinger family crafted their famous confections for French royalty. In 1668, King Louis XIV granted Bissinger’s Confiseur Imperial (Confectioner to the Empire). For two centuries, Bissinger’s served its confections at the Palace of Versailles to generations of Kings & Queens, Heads of State & French nobility. Even Napoleon Bonaparte gifted his wife, Josephine, a box of Bissinger’s confections when he returned from battle. Today, Bissinger’s recipes & time-honored techniques are represented in all of the products we craft. Our Chief Chocolatiers, Bryan and Chris proudly crafted this collection to represent Paris on a crisp Autumn afternoon. We invite you to experience each confection one by one as each chocolate has a rich history.
