Meredith Ochs is an award-winning journalist, broadcaster, author, NPR commentator, deejay, and specialty food judge. She has contributed to numerous print and online publications including Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, New York, and Salon.com. Her books include Rock-and-Roll Woman and Aretha: The Queen of Soul (Sterling Publishing). She is an avid sailor, home cook, musician, and photographer.
