As a dynamic entrepreneur for 40 years, Todd Smith has enjoyed extraordinary personal and professional success. He owned his first business at 18, became one of the youngest Realtors ever inducted into RE/MAX’s Hall of Fame at 28, and has become an internationally recognized leader and trainer in the direct selling industry.

Today Todd is living the life of his dreams and working with his son, Gerrid Smith and brother, Barry Smith. In April of 2018, they—alongside Joy Smith—founded Joy Organics. Joy Organics has become a rapidly-growing and industry-leading CBD company specializing in premium CBD products. Todd's main role is overseeing the sales divisions including wholesale and mass retail. He also oversees product development and supply chain.
