Originally from Argentina, Marina Pen has been living in New York for the past 10 years. She is married and a proud mom of two boys, aged 6 and 3. With a professional background in marketing and advertising, Marina has over 20 years of experience crafting creative strategies for Fortune 500 companies.

Five years ago, Marina started experiencing night sweats, anxiety, and mood swings. Initially, she attributed these symptoms to stress and fatigue, thinking she wasn’t managing her life well. After extensive research, she discovered that she was going through perimenopause—a revelation that came as a shock. Unaware that perimenopause even existed, Marina felt blindsided and alone, having received no prior warning.

From these struggles, along with those of her friend and co-founder EJ Kim, NNABI was born.
