- Associate Professor, section chief of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and co-director of the Jefferson Comprehensive Urogynecology and Female Pelvic Medicine program.
- President and co-founder of Medicine In Action, a non-profit organization that continues to enhance women and children’s health in Jamaica since 2005.
- Honorary consultant for the University of West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica where she teaches residents, faculty and students and continues to lead Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology) surgical missions every March and November.
- First urogynecologist appointed to American Board of Integrative Medicine Written Board Committee
