Dr. Ashley, founder of Tiny Bee Therapy, is a highly accomplished pediatric physical therapist with an unwavering dedication to helping children achieve their fullest potential. She graduated cum laude from Ithaca College in 2007, earning her Bachelor's in Clinical Science, Master's in Physical Therapy, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy—all within six years.

Dr. Ashley has exclusively worked in pediatrics her entire career, and obtained her board certification in pediatrics in 2019. Dr. Ashley has extensive experience in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospital-based outpatient programs, early childhood intervention (ECI), home health, schools, and other specialized environments. Her comprehensive background equips her to address a wide range of pediatric physical therapy needs.

Dr. Ashley holds an introductory level C certification in Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) and is actively pursuing intermediate levels. Her specialties include custom durable medical equipment for children with special needs, Hocoma Lokomat therapy, and the treatment of torticollis and plagiocephaly.
