Amy joined 23andMe in 2022 and is the Director of Genomic Health Programs and Medical Affairs. Amy provides expertise and strategic guidance across many teams at 23andMe as the company seeks to evolve and scale its health-related products and services. 

Amy brings over 20 years experience as a genetic counselor working in healthcare and research settings with a strong background in leadership and innovation across multiple national organizations. Prior to 23andMe, Amy served as the Principal Investigator of the MyCode Community Health Initiative and the Director of its Genomic Screening and Counseling Program at Geisinger Health. 

She received a M.S. in Molecular Pathology from The Ohio State University and a M.S. in Human Genetics and Genetic Counseling from University of Michigan.
