SAN FRANCISCO, CA (October 13, 2022) – Ladies Who Launch (LWL Global) announced the recipients of the 2022 Launch Program, a grant and mentorship program for women and non-binary business owners and entrepreneurs.
Initially founded in the wake of COVID-19, the Launch Program is now in its third year and has doubled in size. This year’s 20 selected grant recipients make up LWL’s largest and most diverse cohort to date, with businesses hailing from across the U.S. and spanning industries from food and beverage to health and wellness, beauty, hospitality, travel and beyond. The program will provide critical support for these entrepreneurs to scale and sustain the businesses of their dreams.
The Program's continued growth is possible thanks to the generous support of our partners, including Ann Taylor, The Home Depot, Pure Leaf, United Airlines, Le Grand Courtage, and Athletic Brewing, among others.

Rooted in equity and inclusion, Ladies Who Launch is committed to bridging the equity gap in entrepreneurship. For far too long, access to capital, business connections, and educational resources have not been readily available to women and non-binary entrepreneurs of diverse backgrounds.
LWL’s Launch Program aims to combat this gap. Founded in response to COVID-19, the Launch Program supports women and non-binary entrepreneurs to scale the businesses of their dreams while mitigating the pandemic’s adverse effects. Today, to meet the needs of the fast-growing community of women entrepreneurs, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ founders, and to navigate supply chain disruptions and inflation, among other challenges, this program remains critical.
