Founding Story
The story behind Supernola hits home as Cindy’s world took a turn when she received shocking news that her father had been diagnosed with ALS. With a new outlook on life, Cindy felt that she could take that experience and make a positive impact through her superfood snacks. By making the healthy option the easy option, Cindy knew that she could help to improve the lives of others just by changing the way that they snack.Today, Supernola strives to actively create a better world through better food that is nutrient-dense, delicious and convenient.

What started as Cindy’s secret snack turned into her passion. She was sick of either having to sacrifice her health or flavor when snacking. She needed an anytime, anywhere snack that gave her long-lasting energy and was actually delicious. It took years of testing, research (and obsessing!) until her secret snack quickly became everyone’s favorite snack.
With a fast-paced career in finance, Supernola went from hobby to full-time mission when Cindy's father was diagnosed with ALS and her purpose became clear. Since then, she's committed her life to creating truly good-for-you food that tastes delicious without compromise.
