Stay Well Global is a company driven by a mission to provide preventative health and wellness for all.

Their intention is to disrupt the wellness industry by doing things the way they should be done, with passion, integrity and quality behind what goes into every product, as well as the packaging the products are in.


Stay Well follows the science when it comes to product sourcing and creation and uses only the best ingredients, backed by research. They manufacture their products at a GMP facility, one of the best in the US, not overseas.


Since single use plastic is a detriment to the health of all people and the environment; Stay Well Global refuses to take the easy and affordable route and does not use single use plastic bottles! Their supplements are in glass.bottles and they are currently in development to offer a refillable option for monthly customers as well. Their refillable packaging will be biodegradable and compostable!

Any wellness brand that still uses single use plastic bottles should not be in the wellness category at all. Many brands claim to be Earth friendly and sustainable because the single use plastic bottles they use are recycled. That plastic will still remain on this earth for the next 400 years, and worse, there are many health ramifications from the plastic leaching into the supplements people consume.

Studies now show that microplastics are found throughout our bodies, in our guts, brains, lungs and throughout our bloodstream. We are the first generation of "Plastic People". Cancer, autoimmune, allergies, anxiety, depression and so many ailments are on the rise due to constant exposure to microplastics and the negative effects they have on the body.


This is why Stay Well is committed to help disrupt the supplement industry by not adding to that microplastics exposure! They knew their first products needed to focus on building the immune system, back to where it should be, and to improve mental health by lowering cortisol and regulating neurotransmitters, naturally. They are also developing a gut health formula and a Kid's immune, coming soon!

Founding Story

At the heart of it all are three friends, bound by a shared journey through battles with illness, and their determination to help loved ones who suffered with cancer, stress and anxiety. They united on a mission to illuminate the path to wellness through the creation of Stay Well Global.

The company may be new, but the 3 female founders of Stay Well Global have decades of experience in their respective fields. Stacey Lauridia was in the nutritional supplement industry for over 25 years, with a background in psychophysiology and research. Dorene Bair was in publishing and had an incredibly successful career working for companies such as Condé Nast and Meredith. Justine Censi had an impressive and extensive career running operations and logistics. They decided to combine their efforts to build a wellness company that brought innovative products to the market to help people to stay well!


Through her work in the field, Stacey discovered ingredients that she used to help family members and friends that were facing illness and mental health struggles. Her knowledge led her to source amazing ingredients but in order for people to get what they needed to be well, they had to take a vast array of products. There weren't any complete mixtures of all the ingredients that were needed. And, worse... they were all sold in plastic bottles. She knew that many studies now prove that microplastic exposure causes problems with gut health and microbiombe instability which further causes immune issues and mental health problems. She was frustrated that people could only get these ingredients in plastic, which is counterproductive to wellness.


When two of her closest friends, Dorene and Justine both had cancer, she gave them specific supplements to help them to stay well through their treatments. Thankfully, they are both cancer free now. They discussed the fact that they thought it was unfair that more people don't know about these amazing supplements that can help boost their immune system. After using the ingredients themselves, and giving them to family members throughout the last few years with such great success, they realized that they needed to align together and develop a brand that people can trust to offer these ingredients to the masses. And, to educate people about the research behind them. That was the catalyst to launch their own line of products.


They wanted to create their own supplements to ensure they would be crafted the way they knew they should be, with integrity. Most other brands care more about the bottom line than their customers that take their products. This is evident in not only the ingredient sourcing, but especially the fact that almost all brands are still using plastic bottles. Convenience and price mean more to them than the health of their customers. THIS is the difference, and what sets Stay Well Global apart from the rest.of the wellness brands.


Stay Well Global is committed to curate and investigate every aspect of the products they bring to market. They only source the best ingredients, backed by research, and they use the most reputable manufacturer in the USA. They joined forces with an incredible Medical Director who studied nutrition while he was an undergrad at Cornell, and then received his MD from Temple University. He is a practicing Pediatrician for 26 years with a dual certification in Functional Medicine.

They are an amazing team, committed to bring only the best to their customers and will not ever use single use plastics packaging for any of their products. Together, they are on their mission to help give people the tools to be well, and stay well, with Stay Well Global!
