Founding Story
When Steve Luhrs and his wife helped their daughter organize her college dorm room by lofting her bed 5ft off the ground to create a "cool lounge space" underneath, there was a dilemma, there was no side table to put her phone and bedside items. After scouring the internet for floating solutions with charging capabilities and finding none, Steve, a serial entrepreneur since 2009, along with his wife started to design the solution. Squirrel Bedside Perch was invented and is now helping people of all ages declutter their bedrooms and even living rooms (yes it can fit underneath your couch cushion too!).
