Most sun protection clothing brands on the market create sun protection clothing in unflattering styles and colors and cheaply made fabrics, while Some Sun® creates great looking and feeling sun protection attire that fits into your every day wardrobe. We make it easy to protection your skin every day with chic sun protection attire that you can pop on, instead of constantly re-applying sunscreen. Our mission is to make protecting your skin easy with our everyday sun protection.

Founding Story
Some Sun® was founded after our Founder was wearing a very unflattering UPF jacket from Amazon everywhere during the pandemic, and not loving the look or feel of it. After searching across the internet, she was not able to find cute sun protection clothing in quality fabrics. With a chemical sunscreen allergy and family history of melanoma, she was looking for sun protection clothing that looked like every day clothing -- not like she was going fishing.
With our Founder's background in sustainable apparel, Some Sun® was started with the idea sun protection clothing should look and feel great, to make sun protection an easy decision. It took 2 years to find high quality, great feeling UPF 50+ fabric with the appearance of every day clothing, and ethical vendors.
Fast forward, our first styles are beloved pieces by many customers that shared the same frustration as our Founder, and are delighted with the quality and care in the development of our sun protection attire.
