PEMBROKE PARK, FL - RoyeR is a French skincare line, crafted from organic Snail Mucin and sourced directly from their certified organic snail farm in France. New to the US, Royer is sold in 13 countries in Dermatology offices, pharmacies, spas and boutiques. Their organic farm is located on 10 acres of greenery in Les Herbiers in the west of France. For the past 30 years, they have specialized in the reproduction and breeding of organic snails and since 2014 in the production of fresh organic slime for our cosmetics.

In collaboration with ECOCERT, they developed a mucin extraction process that is unique in the world and respects animal welfare. The secretion is obtained by stimulating the mucus glands for 30 seconds with thousands of small brushes. The collected slime is then filtered and used in its pure form in the RoyeR skin care products -- fresh and undiluted, unlike the most popular snail mucin skin care products from South Korea. While most well-known snail mucin brands claim they use 96% of snail mucin, in truth they only use less than 10%. Their 96% snail mucin also includes water and/or other solvents used to collect and filter the mucin. Unfortunately, INCI does not differentiate between pure snail mucin and snail mucin so the consumer is unaware.

Used since antiquity, snail slime has many very beneficial properties for the skin – it stimulates skin repair and healing while protecting and moisturizing the skin. It helps to efficiently prevent, relieve, and eliminate various types of skin concerns such as: wrinkles, dark spots, acne, pitted acne scars, stretch marks, eczema, rosacea, etc. Products range from $11 to $65 USD.
