The Founding Story of Harry Kabadaian and Perfame

Harry Kabadaian’s journey into the world of luxury fragrances began in the most unexpected of ways. Raised in a family with a rich background in craftsmanship and a deep appreciation for quality, Harry’s understanding of art and consumer intent started early. His father’s expertise in the jewelry industry shaped his view on luxury items—he learned that the value of something lies not just in its price tag, but in its ability to evoke emotion, create memories, and leave a lasting impression.

Harry’s path, however, initially took him in a different direction. With a background in e-commerce, he found success in the digital world, even building a multimillion-dollar online store. Yet, despite his achievements, something was missing. Harry had always been drawn to the world of scents, captivated by their ability to transport people through time and space with just a whiff. He saw fragrances as a form of wearable art, something far more powerful than most people realized. But as he looked around, he saw that the world of luxury perfumes was often out of reach for many, and many iconic scents were being discontinued and forgotten.

In late 2020, Harry had a revelation: what if he could bridge the gap between luxury and accessibility, and even revive the nostalgic fragrances people loved but could no longer find? He envisioned a brand that would respect the art of perfumery while making it more inclusive, offering near-perfect replicas of iconic and discontinued scents at a fraction of the price.

Driven by this vision, Harry founded Perfame, setting out to build a brand that brought luxury fragrances to the masses while respecting the original creations. His mission was not only to offer affordable alternatives but to reignite memories and emotions tied to beloved, hard-to-find scents. Within months of launching, Perfame had already gained a loyal following, with customers requesting iconic, discontinued fragrances they longed to wear again.
