Aleksandar Acovski’s love for truffles runs deep, rooted in generations of family tradition. Raised among expert foragers, Aleks grew up watching his relatives unearth truffles from beneath the oaks and chestnuts of European forests, guided by sharp-nosed dogs and time-honored methods. For the Acovski family, truffle hunting was more than a livelihood—it was a way of life and a celebration of nature’s finest treasure.
When Aleks immigrated from Eastern Europe to Southeast Michigan, he brought with him not just a legacy but a mission: to share the extraordinary flavor of old-world truffles with a new audience.
