I'm Maryam Dimson, a New York City native and the visionary founder behind Libertad Co NYC. Our fashion brand redefines style with a focus on freedom, empowerment, and individuality. Drawing from my background in tutoring, childcare, and community-building, I infuse Libertad Co NYC with a deep commitment to meaningful connection and inclusivity. My passion lies in creating not just clothing and accessories, but a vibrant community where everyone feels confident, liberated, and celebrated for their unique selves. My own journey to self-acceptance, including embracing my weight, inspired me to create a brand that encourages others to embrace their true selves.

Hey! ​I'm Sophia Rondon born and raised in Puerto Rico and fashion enthusiast. Recently I graduated from Parsons School of Design with a master's degree in Fashion Management. I currently work in advertising and have been in the industry for almost four years. During my career, I've had the opportunity to collaborate on projects and learn different aspects of the industry, such as social media, content creation and creative direction. However, I am shifting into the fashion industry entirely as a stylist, content creator and communications specialist. What I love most about fashion is the ability it gives us to explore with creativity. The way we can express our best selves through fashion amazes me. I'm looking forward to grow in the fashion field by merging my knowledge and creating innovative work and ideas.

Hello! My name is Ally Genzel and I have lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin my entire life. I will graduate from Central Michigan University in Fashion Merchandising and Design in August 2024. I currently bartend and have applied to many fashion merchandising jobs in the Milwaukee area. I am also currently interning for Libertad Co. as a fashion content creator. I love the creative side of fashion and the different CAD software to create designs and content. I use fashion to express myself and you can see that through my work. In the future, I aspire to be a fashion merchandiser or content creator for a world-renowned designer.
