RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (June 2021) – Inclusively, the professional network and employment platform connecting job seekers with disabilities, mental health conditions, and chronic illnesses to jobs with inclusive employers, are excited to announce their new partnership with Best Buddies International. Best Buddies is the world’s largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical, and economic isolation of the 200 million people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Their partnership includes a new "tag" feature that allows Best Buddies Jobs participants to register for free and tag their profiles with "Best Buddies Participant” to help employers find candidates seeking new opportunities.
Best Buddies Jobs participants may search for and connect to jobs with Inclusively’s growing list of Premier Employer partner companies, such as Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Edward Jones, Salesforce, and many more. These Premier Employers are actively searching for job seekers who are participating in Best Buddies Jobs training programs and using the Best Buddies Affiliation tag allows them to more easily search for candidates within the inclusive employment network.
“Best Buddies is thrilled to partner with Inclusively to empower and connect Best Buddies Jobs participants to their vast network of employers committed to inclusion in the workforce," said Amber Coffman, Senior Director, Best Buddies Jobs. "We’re confident that this partnership will create new pathways for corporations to hire, retain, and advance employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), which in turn, leads to greater equity and inclusivity for people within the IDD community."
Inclusively’s innovative employment platform and job matching technology allows candidates to input their experience, skills, and needed Success Enablers (workplace accommodations) and find jobs with employers that are creating more educated, accommodating, and accessible workplaces.
“Inclusively is excited to welcome Best Buddies as a partner and to be a valuable resource for Jobs program participants,” said Charlotte Dales, Co-founder and CEO, Inclusively. “Anthony Shriver was one of the first people that I contacted and shared Inclusively with. I am so thankful he responded with encouragement and validation that our platform was going to help fill a much-needed space in the market. I’m thrilled for Inclusively to be partnering with such an impactful and important organization that strengthens both of our efforts towards authentic disability inclusion across the workplace.”
Candidates can join the Inclusively network to start connecting with employers who value the talents and viewpoints that people with disabilities bring to the workplace. Visit www.inclusively.com to get started and learn more about getting involved.
Inclusively’s workforce inclusion platform connects job seekers with employers who are committed to attracting and retaining previously hidden talent. Our platform empowers employers with accommodations insights, access, training and support they need to attract and retain previously hidden talent. Employers obtain aggregated access to the fragmented network of nonprofits and training programs that support diverse talent.
We work to create the “front door” for all job seekers, built upon the values of universal design, equity, accessibility, transparency and empathy.
