Yonkers, NY (October 1, 2024) - In2Green, a sustainable blanket company based in Yonkers, NY, is launching a special campaign in support of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Kathy, the Director of Operations for In2Green, has transformed her breast cancer diagnosis into a platform for advocacy by designing “The Warrior Blanket” with the goal of raising awareness and funds for the cause.

Despite the vulnerability that came with her diagnosis, Kathy quickly took action. Refusing to let cancer define her, she chose to continue working and maintain her active lifestyle, showing strength and resilience every step of the way.

The limited-edition “Warrior Blanket” features repeating arrows that symbolize Kathy's strength and resilience– a warrior’s spirit spearheading the fight against this disease. Additionally, In2Green pledges to donate 15% of the proceeds to Susan G Komen and Cancer Care to fund Cancer research and programs for patients and survivors locally.
