The founder's great-grandmother, Eva “Evie” Fields, was renowned for her cooking and the reason for this stemmed from the quality of the ingredients she used. All of her dishes were made with fresh ingredients from her backyard garden. The beauty of simple, small batches vs complex, mass produced foods is at the core of this brand.
