Dream Nudge was born out of burnout. Founder Amy Jans, a multi-hyphenate creative juggling a full-time job, and big artistic dreams, realized she needed a gentler way to get things done. After years of trying (and resenting) traditional productivity systems, she began building her own, ones that honored her brain, her creative rhythms, and her need for both structure and softness.
