ST. CATHARINES, ONT (April 20, 2024) - Cheekbone Beauty is excited to launch their newly formulated “Uprise Mascara” which is made with 99 percent naturally sourced materials. This will be the second mascara from Cheekbone Beauty, following their initial “Uplift Mascara” which was released in 2021.
The “Uprise Mascara” was created using innovative natural ingredients such as waxes from Sunflower, Carnauba Palm, Indian Sal, and Japan Wax Trees, a bio-based polymer derived from corn, and pumice stone powder formed by rapid cooling of volcanic magma.
“We wanted to ensure that the new “Uprise Mascara” contained as many natural ingredients as possible.” Says Cheekbone Founder Jenn Harper. “One of our brand missions is to create clean beauty that is not only sustainable, but that performs really, really well. I believe that the reformulated “Uprise Mascara” will easily become a favorite and be a staple in many makeup bags.”
The creation and improved formulation of the “Uprise Mascara” comes after the discovery that the ingredients in the “Uplift Mascara” did not entirely meet the clean beauty standards that Cheekbone Beauty is passionate about upholding.
The new formulation allows for a faster drying time while providing lightweight volume and lift to the lashes. Due to a natural active ingredient from roselle flowers and safflower florets, lash density improves while precious Argan oil keeps the lashes conditioned and healthy.
The mascara brush follows the same successful design as the brush used with “Uplift Mascara”, separating the lashes while adding volume. The “Uprise Mascara” is now available online and in stores at Sephora Canada, cheekbonebeauty.com, and launching soon at JCPenney/Thirteen Lune stores.
