The Source: Christian Suzuki-Orellana (aka Suzu) of Wildhawk in San Francisco and competitor on new Netflix series “Drink Masters” (basically Top Chef for cocktails).

Tip: Fat wash your cocktails! Fat-washing creates a richer and more full-bodied, voluptuous textured cocktail--which can be that extra something that can make a delicious cocktail into a phenomenal cocktail. My favorite olive oil to use for this is from Corto.

Olive Oil Fat Washed Vodka

1.5oz Corto Olive Oil

1 Liter Vodka

Add Oil & Vodka to a large container. Freeze for 24 hours. Using a fine mesh strainer and coffee filter, pour and strain the oil out from the vodka. This may have to be repeated a few times if the vodka is still a little oily.

Hi!

Please submit Storied Goods Sugar Cubes, www.storied-goods.com, @storied_goods

I founded my company in 2018, when we began helping home bartenders create delicious beverages with fun and ease. Sugar is a necessary ingredient for creating cocktails, and our Cubes provide a beautiful, simple way to add that bit of sugar.

Add our Orange-Cherry Sugar Cube to bourbon, and top with a twist of orange rind, for an instant Old Fashioned. Place our Rose Petal Cube--a Best of Virginia Winner--into the bottom of a Champagne flute, add a dash of bitters, and top with Champagne, for a stunning Champagne Cocktail.

Our Cubes are shelf-stable, unlike syrups that must be refrigerated, adorable, and are in sustainable tins with beautiful our branding. They add style and beauty to home bars and make perfect gifts, especially when combined with a bottle of bourbon or Champagne.

Thank you!
