Welcome to Hook Daily, Press Hook's daily article selection that those in the industry need to read. Whether it's insight from journalists or publicists, trends that should be on your radar, or ways to change up your work habits, we've scoured the internet to find the news you can use.

Today's pick: "It’s OK Not To Be OK: Addressing Workplace Mental Health" from Forbes

"According to a survey by Ginger, 96% of CEOs think their companies are doing enough for employee mental health, but only 69% of employees agree – a 27-point gap in perception." As people continue to head back to the office after an extended period away due to the coronavirus pandemic, supporting employee mental health will likewise continue to need to be a priority. And it's clear that company execs and employees don't agree on the sufficiency of the support being offered.

In this Forbes piece, Garen Staglin of One Mind at Work, argues that CEOs and leadership can start to address that discrepancy by more openly discussing mental health.

Has your company made any changes to support employees' mental health during the pandemic? We'd love to hear.
