Welcome to Hook Daily, Press Hook's daily article selection that those in the industry need to read. Whether it's insight from journalists or publicists, trends that should be on your radar, or ways to change up your work habits, we've scoured the internet to find the news you can use.

Today's pick: "Coffee Chat with Christine Byrne, MPH, RD, Health Journalist & Eating Disorder Dietitian" from the Press Hook blog

When journalists are both experts or practicing professionals as well as writers, they're faced with a unique set of challenges. Take it from Christine Byrne, an eating disorder dietitian and a health journalist. Christine shared the hardest part of the job, saying, "As a dietitian, there’s so much ‘wellness’ stuff out there that I don’t feel comfortable recommending or even writing about. As a writer who needs subject matter, that’s hard sometimes. At the same time, being a strong voice for non-diet, evidence-based nutrition and wellness are really rewarding."
