Welcome to Hook Daily, Press Hook's daily article selection that those in the industry need to read. Whether it's insight from journalists or publicists, trends that should be on your radar, or ways to change up your work habits, we've scoured the internet to find the news you can use.

Today's pick: "[Infographic] 53% of journalists plan on covering more in-person events in 2022" from Muck Rack

As the weather begins to warm up in much of the country and events season starts to kick off with a fervor (particularly those coming back after a long, COVID-induced hiatus), you may be wondering if there's still an appetite for covering either in-person or virtual events. Well, according to Muck Rack, 53% of journalists they surveyed say they're planning to up their number of in-person events in 2022. That's important to know if you're weighing attending trade shows, conferences, and the like, which is why we thought it was significant enough to select as today's Hook Daily.

Are you planning to head back to in-person events this year? Does hearing that media will be covering these events affect your plans? We'd love to hear.
