Happy 2022 friends!

I find that making resolutions helps me to stay on track and set goals for the coming year.

What are some of your New Year Resolutions?!

It's not about perfection it's about progress! Keep at it!

My goal is to be more present (kind of hard to calculate my sucess with that hah), read every day, and I wanted to do spanish lessons every day but it's the 11th and I've yet to start eek!

Kindly,
Emilee

One of my resolutions is to do one new thing a week! This could be anything from trying a new restaurant, going for a run in a new location or getting dinner with a friend I haven't seen in a while. Really trying to let myself out of my routine more!
Thanks for sharing everyone!

Kept up with my '30 mins of cycling each day' habit...so far! And meat-less Mondays. Any other tips on high protein vegetarian alternatives are welcome!

Hey Rohit!

I love the beyond sausages for a vegan protein option. I slice them into pasta dishes and scrambles, or throw them in a bun like you would a hot dog. Lentils are a new vegan love for me as well. So many delicious soup recipes on Pinterest with lentils!

I also love adding Nutritional Yeast to salads or buddah bowls throughout the day. It's easy to throw on things as a topping and it adds vegan protein and nutrients to any meal. It has a sort of nutty parmesan flavor to it!

Kindly,
Emilee

To do something for "me" every morning to actively show up for myself and set the tone for the day, and to try one new (or out of the usual) dinner recipe each week!

My resolutions are less impulsive spending on junk and to read a book a month. Now if only I could extend the number of hours in a day.
