Q: Does this include ALL award submissions?
A: For the most part, yes. As long as the awards are relevant to our clients, we will share the details. When submitting your brand information, it’s important to make sure that your submissions are clear and are submitted through the forum in a timely manner.

Note: This does NOT include submissions that require an entry fee.
Note: If a publisher requires submissions via a form on the publication website, the brand will be provided with the direct link, instructions, and required to self-submit.

Q: How should images be provided when required for submission?
A: If an image is required for submission, the brand will need to provide a link (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) to the downloadable high-res image.

Q: Does this include awards across all industries?
A: Yes
Note: Press Hook will share those most beneficial/relevant to our clients.

Q: What if the publication requires a submission fee? How will we handle this?
A: If the publication requires an entry fee, we will simply post the requirements, link to the submission portal (if applicable) and answer questions from PH clients within the forum topic.

Q: Is there a fee for this service?
A: No, this service is included within your Press Hook subscription!

Q: How will brands know the submission requirements?
A: Submissions will be entered as replies to the forum topic. All submission details, including required formatting, will be clearly outlined within the forum. If you ever have any questions on the requirements, you can ask them within that forum topic or reach out to your Account Manager for clarification.

Q: Can brands submit for themselves?
A: Yes, you can absolutely submit for the awards yourself, but please ensure that you don’t also submit via the forum. We would hate to send duplicate information to the media.

Q: How will the brands be made aware of the awards and submission dates/requirements?
A: Brands will receive email reminders at the beginning of the month to ensure all interested parties are made aware and directed to the corresponding forum link to submit.

Q: What happens once submissions are made?
A: The Press Hook team will relay any updates to brands via email.
