Ruby Tischoff, FDN-P, is a holistic health professional with over 25 years in integrative medicine, functional nutrition, and nutraceutical science. She graduated with honors from UC Berkeley in Global Health and Medicine, then spent years refining her practice across multiple clinical settings. Under the mentorship of integrative medicine pioneer Dr. Isaac Eliaz, MD, she deepened her expertise in nutraceuticals and functional approaches to health and disease. In 2021, she became a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, focused on helping people move beyond symptom management to address the root causes of their health challenges. Ruby pairs clinical practice with ongoing research, combining evidence-based protocols with personalized care to guide clients toward taking charge of their own well-being.
