Kris Lee is the founder of Outbound, a premium performance sun care brand built for outdoor sports and active lifestyles. Born in Seoul, Korea and now based in Portland, Oregon, Kris brings experience across both beauty and sports, including work with L’Oréal and Columbia Sportswear.

She created Outbound to bridge the worlds of beauty and sport, bringing K-beauty-inspired formulation sensibilities into performance sun care for people who spend serious time outside. Through Outbound, Kris is on a mission to make sun care feel more like skincare — with products that deliver strong UV protection, better texture, skin comfort, and easier use for active lifestyles.
