Laura Rudoe

Laura Rudoe is the founder and CEO of Evolve Organic Beauty, a leading UK-based pure, proven and purposeful beauty brand. With a passion for ethical business and natural wellness, Laura launched Evolve in 2009 to create affordable, organic, and eco-friendly skincare. The brand is now distributed in over 45 countries and has won over 150 awards for its innovative products.

Evolve operates from a wind-powered eco studio in Hertfordshire and is certified B Corp, vegan, and cruelty-free. Laura’s personal journey with skin issues and her Romanian heritage instilled a deep interest in natural healing, leading her to become an expert in skincare and sustainability. She is also a certified Reiki Master and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Before founding Evolve, she was part of the founding team at NUDE skincare, a luxury natural beauty brand. As a leader in sustainable beauty, Laura is a part of the B Beauty Coalition, a global initiative of B Corp certified beauty companies driving positive environmental change.
