Dave Borghesani

Dave Borghesani is Chocolate Historian at American Heritage Chocolate (a division of Mars Wrigley). Dave has spent more than 30 years at Mars, including a decade working alongside the American Heritage Chocolate team researching the story of chocolate and the role it has played in our world’s history. In an interview, Dave can share how chocolate made its way across the globe, the ways it has been historically enjoyed, and how it’s evolved to the chocolate that we know today.
