Lauren started Noël & Co. with her twin sister Janie at just 16, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a belief in creating something meaningful from the ground up. A two-time kidney transplant recipient and advocate for disability inclusion, Lauren brings authenticity and purpose to everything she shares — always with warmth, humour, and heart.
