Charles is an independent filmmaker and founder of Circuit Cinema, a startup SVOD service streaming a curated collection of contemporary arthouse, festival films, and world cinema.

Previously he was a software developer turned product manager at DIRECTV, where he headed the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence working to modernize the company's development practices.

His next project "Perspective" is a live-action dramatic series shot in 360° virtual reality, premiering in May 2025.
