Rianna Lettini

Dusted is Rianna's first solo-adventure and a lifelong dream come true. A startup junkie, Rianna has 15 years of experience leading internal operations across various startups. Most notably, she became one of five partners at Carrot Creative—her first job out of college—and was part of the leadership team during the company’s acquisition by Vice Media in 2013. Since then, she has played key roles in launching two co-working spaces for entrepreneurs, managed ground operations for a VC-backed hotel concept, and most recently served as Head of Operations for a VC-funded aerospace technology company.

Rianna lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband and their very opinionated ACD pup, Bowie. When she’s not deep in a romantasy novel or experimenting with nail art, she’s probably treasure-hunting for vintage brass at a flea market.
