Hayley is the Co-Founder of boutique marketing and creative agency Insert Brand, as well as The Brand source, an on-line subscription based platform providing marketing and creative support tailored to Real Estate professionals.

Having overseen creative teams of 100+ employees delivering high-end creative through a brand-specific lens, Hayley is at expert in balancing art and commerce to drive results through content creation. Her expertise includes hiring and growing teams, developing scalable design operations, and working as Creative Director to strategically conceptualize and define brand visions. She has successfully executed brand campaign across all channels globally, managed in-house and external creative teams, and led the development of visual assets, marketing collateral, and packaging for ecommerce, retail, wholesale, and social media.
