An energetic entrepreneur, Adam thrives on growing businesses around great teams whose

core product solves real-world problems.

A real estate professional for 12+ years, he was first introduced to his inner real estate developers served as the Project Manager on a hotel redevelopment project in Latin America that was awarded to Fodor's New & Noteworthy Hotels in the World list. He then went on to found LYDEN, what was to be a 200,000 square foot ground up development in Nashville, to build his own take on the new paradigm shift around community, work and hospitality.

In 2021, Adam founded AGB Real Estate to transition underutilized buildings in great Neighborhoods into to outperforming Assets. AGB Real Estate currently has several hundred doors under renovation or contract. Adam has personally overseen the day-to-day operations of the 108-unit, $12 million Hermitage Studios gut-renovation redevelopment in Nashville, TN that was completed ahead of schedule and on budget. He is also overseeing a 96-unit motel-to-apartment redevelopment in Tulsa, OK and another 131-unit gut rehab in Nashville, TN.

Prior to founding AGB Real Estate, Adam served as Head of Regulatory Affairs & Business Development for Mint House, a tech-enabled hotel company designed for high-end business travelers providing apartment-style accommodations in class-A multifamily buildings in downtown core areas.

Adam was previously a computer security consultant before attending NYU Stern to earn his

MBA and has worked with notable companies such as GE, Deloitte & Touche, Thrillist, and Red Bull in multiple different roles and capacities.
