Ranunculus Floriography Seal
$375
In Victorian bouquets, the Ranunculus meant, “I am dazzled by you.”
In the seal, that feeling is carried in the petals themselves, drawn into fine, deliberate layers that hold the eye a moment longer than expected.
The composition is balanced, though not exact. The buds sit slightly apart, as they would in a gathered bouquet, and each petal and leaf is given its own shape. Nothing repeats precisely.
It is orderly, but not still. Something in it continues to open.
