About the Brand
About
Blind Tiger is a premium line of ready-to-drink, spirit-free classic cocktails crafted to deliver the depth, structure, and ritual of a true cocktail—without the alcohol. Inspired by the classics of the Prohibition era, each varietal is thoughtfully balanced with real ingredients to create a full, satisfying cocktail experience.
Founding Story
Blind Tiger was born out of necessity during the pandemic, when founder Rebecca Styn’s speakeasy was forced to pivot to takeout only—eliminating nearly 90% of its revenue overnight and, critically, the ability to sell alcohol. Refusing to lay off her team, she reimagined the cocktail experience, bottling spirit-free versions of the drinks her customers loved. What began as survival quickly revealed a larger opportunity: a clear gap in the market for sophisticated, non-alcoholic cocktails that delivered on taste, structure, and ritual. That realization led to the launch of Blind Tiger—a brand inspired by the Prohibition-era term for speakeasies, and a modern tribute to the craftsmanship and culture of classic cocktails.
